We are walking to our heavenly rest, and we often feel the weight and burden of this life as we wrestle with the world, the flesh, and the devil. We witness atrocities of every kind. We see the consequences of sin each day. We witness it in the culture, our leaders, neighbors, friends, and other believers. We witness it in ourselves. We grieve the mess sin has made in a world you made and called very good. You, Lord, know all about these struggles because you suffered in all ways we do, yet without sin.
