What Is Most Needed in the Church

What the church needs now is more prayer - public and coporate.

If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

2 Chronicles 7:14

The church of the Lord Jesus Christ does not need more programs or Bible studies, however good they may be. What it needs in this hour is more people committed to prayer (public and private) and to faithfully listening to and doing what they hear in the sermon each week.

Satan has done a good job of substituting the most important things for secondary ones. He makes every effort to keep God's people from what God says is most important.
