Call to Worship

Psalm 123:1-2 (Responsive)
Minister: To you I lift up my eyes,
O you who are enthroned in the heavens!
All: Behold, as the eyes of servants
look to the hand of their master,
as the eyes of a maidservant
to the hand of her mistress,
Minister: so our eyes look to the Lord our God,
till he has mercy upon us.
All: Amen!

Corporate Confession of Sin

Minister: As we gather before our holy God, let us now humble ourselves and confess our sin before him praying together:
All: Our great and majestic God in heaven, we bless your name today as we gather to praise you. Forgive us for thinking so little on the work of your Son – his suffering and his death. Please fan into flame our affections for him and help us to serve him all of our days. We pray these things in His name. Amen.

Assurance of Pardon
1 John 2:12

Minister: I am writing to you, little children, because your sins are forgiven for his name's sake.
All: Amen

Q. 95. To whom is baptism to be administered?
A. Baptism is not to be administered to any that are out of the visible church, till they profess their faith in Christ, and obedience to him; but the infants of such as are members of the visible church are to be baptized.

The Sacrament of Baptism

Pastoral Prayer and Lord's Prayer

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
