All: Grant almighty God that we as your redeemed people would draw near to you as our God and praise your holy name. From your Word, we have heard how great a treasure it is as you gave it to us. We know that it is a light to our path that guides our way. Forgive us for the many times in which we fail to hear it and heed it. Grant us a more willing mind and heart to obey all that we hear we pray through Christ our Lord. Amen.
